2. Member Benefits
A. Labor Rate Discount
• Members receive 50 percent off our standard posted labor rate.
• Discount applies to all mechanical, diagnostic, and electrical repair labor performed by BigBlastAutoExpress technicians.
• Cannot be combined with other discounts unless approved by management.
Example (for internal clarity):
Standard labor rate: $140/hour
Member rate: $70/hour
B. Member-Only Diagnostic Fee
• Standard diagnostic fee: $149
• Member diagnostic fee: $49 flat
Diagnostic fee covers:
• Full system scan
• Trouble code analysis
• Visual inspection
• Repair recommendation and estimate
Additional advanced diagnostics (electrical trace, teardown, oscilloscope testing) may require authorization and are billed at the discounted labor rate.
3. Program Use Rules
• Membership must be Platinum Membership at time of service. Must be sponsored by Reginald Rhym
• Benefits apply only to repairs and diagnostics performed by BigBlastAutoExpress.
• Discounts do not apply to:
– Parts
– Outside machine shop services
– Tow services
– Wholesale vehicle purchases
• Program has no cash value and is not a warranty or service contract.
